We schedule a return visit – same commitment we made the first time: a background-checked, uniformed technician who shows ID at the door before he touches anything. No different crew, no subcontractor you’ve never seen. The tech who returns is held to the same standard as the tech who came first.

We Fix It

The return visit is a job, not a consultation. We bring what’s needed to correct the work – whether that means rekeying a cylinder that didn’t seat right, replacing a part, or redoing the installation from the start. There’s no diagnostic fee for a return call under the Promise. The price on the original invoice is the number that settles it.

You Sign Off

When the work is done, we ask you to confirm it’s right before we leave. That’s the close of every job here, return visit or otherwise. You shouldn’t have to call a third time. If something still isn’t right, we want to know while we’re still in the driveway.
